To err......
To err, is human..
I was skimming through photos of friends, ...old friends. Seems ancient years ago that we last met or spoke, but occasionally, the feeling of being up close and personal becomes so real, and surreal.
Again, thoughts of what might have been crept up silently (not so anymore). How different things would have been now. We have changed so much, yet there are things which remain the same. I hope that the warmth and love that radiated then still continues, like a burning coal once, though now only glowing and creating crackles of serenity, being cozy, snuggly, finger tips grazing finger tips, the sensation created during skin to skin contact, and the almost locking of lips. Just the mere presence changed the aura; the lesser the distance apart, the stronger the will need to be to keep in control..
Reality can turn out different from what you want it to be. But it is moments like these which raise your hopes and make you dream even more. Despite the questioning of 'what could have been', it is a good memory to recollect, even if the moment has long passed..
Afterall, as cheesy or corny as it sounds;
Life is not about the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..

STOMP!
Yes...
We went to STOMP! at the Millennium Centre, Cardiff!
no no, we didn't stomp the place down...but STOMP!, the 'performance'. It wasn't a musical, neither was it a play. and i can't be bothered to think about the apt description or category it would be.
We went in quite a big group, and many thanks to Nishal who did a great job! Some of us enjoyed it, some of us had a good time and some of us weren't too happy with it.
I would stand in the middle.
But one thing i know for sure is that, it made me thinking of the musical I watched before this...for the first time, quite some time ago, with a person, at a young, tender age of a beginning...
There are, of course, more stuff which i would like to blog about. But I think I shall keep these feelings to myself. *_*

POWER!
The power of WOMEN
The power of BRANDING
The power of ADVERTISING
Seriously, these 3 factors make the economy, future, profits, social status and almost anything you can relate to.
Guys and gals alike are prone to branding. Women, are the purchasing power. Besides their own economy, they influence their husbands' economy too!

Racism - typical of saying one thing, displaying another
Excerpt from The Star Online
Tabung Haji rapped for using non-bumi company
KUALA LUMPUR: Umno Youth executive council member Datuk Azimi Daim hit out at Tabung Haji for engaging a non-bumiputra company to supply mineral water for free to delegates and guests at the Umno general assembly.
Azimi queried the rationale for engaging a non-bumi company when all the investors in Tabung Haji are Muslims.
“Don’t tell me there is no single Malay company that is capable of sourcing mineral water. Even I can dig a well, and collect mineral water,” he said when debating the Umno president's policy speech on Wednesday.
Azimi pointed out that Tabung Haji’s move to engage a non-bumiputra company to supply easily available product like water, was not in line with party president Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s call to GLCs to jointly shoulder the responsibility to develop the bumiputra commercial and industrial community.
....
He quoted the prime minister, who told Malaysians to see themselves are Malaysians - not according to races. I wonder if the prime minister would address this...or just let it be - AGAIN.
ACT!
Going against or disagreeing with one another, even if both are in the same party is a courageous thing to do, especially with the political system back home. This is not a retaliation from me, but rather, something that I think can be built and improved upon. There are thousands of members in a party. and I am sure that saying everyone agree with each other in suggestions/opinions would be a LIE. Having differences is not a bad thing! with differences, you can hear each other out, and come to a consensus!
Just because the powerful few says this and that doesn't mean that they are right all the time! listen to yourself, listen to the people who have put their trust in you - listen to them..and THINK ! THINK THINK THINK!
And don't simply quote the 'powerful' people to support your statements-lah. If they are sound enough, they will resonate on their own.
and those powerful ppl being quoted, don't simply let others use your quotes or ideas inappropriately lah.
blergh
